Our websites will be unavailable from 3am - 3.30am whilst we run a number of updates on our databases. During this time, our website may be unavailable or slower than usual. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We will be running a short maintenance window on our connection to Microsoft Azure which means that 2020/21 Cloud Spreadsheets will be unavailable for a short period of time. We aim to keep downtime to a minimum, and run our maintennace through the night, however as we need assistance from Microsoft to make a DNS change (something in the background which runs our malgra.net website), we need to do this during office hours and 3pm-4pm on Fridays is one of the times when we have a window of opportunity to do this. Our 2019/20 cloud spreadsheets will be unaffected during this period. Malgra apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Malgra Cloud Spreadsheets for the 2020/21 Financial Year will be unavailable until 4pm. We're upgrading all 2020/21 Spreadsheets to include the new expenses reporting function, which you can learn more about on our guide here: https://tax.malgra.net/knowledge-base/spreadsheet-categories

We will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for approximately 25 minutes whilst we upgrade our Cloud Storage system by adding a new module, doubling the space available. This is due to an increase in the number of system dependencies, including an increased number of cloud spreadsheets currently being hosted by Malgra **Affected Services** Malgra Cloud Spreadsheets - if you are using a spreadsheet when we begin the migration, you will not lose any work. We'll be working around you, moving any remaining spreadsheets on our automated backup, around 3am Saturday Morning (4 July). Malgra CRM and MalgraBooks: Client Dashboards will be unavailable during this period. Email services: Our emails will be locked for the duration - if you email us during this time, it will be queued for delivery at a later point. This upgrade will also affect some third party connections which we have, to HMRC's MTD service and AML (Anti Money Laundering) service. We do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
