- Scheduled Maintenance: MalgraBooks Service – Maintenance details

The MalgraBooks website will be unavailable on Friday for approximately 8 hours whilst we conduct updates to our core website, databases and systems. This downtime also allows for a number of new features to be added to the background functionality, including preparation for the HMRC Making Tax Digital service which starts in April 2023. This downtime affects: - MalgraBooks Website - Client Management System - Databases Access to shared documents on the Microsoft Azure Cloud will not be affected, and our email service will operate as normal - therefore documents can be sent through to your account team as usual by email. Please refer to your MalgraBooks Client Guide for information on how to do this. However if you're able to wait, our systems will be back to normal on Saturday 7 November. During this time, if you need any support, please contact our team through the usual channels and we'll be in touch within 24 hours - our teams will be available over the weekend if any urgent queries.
