    Virgin Media have advised services will be back by approx. 16:12

    We're currently experiencing connectivity issues due to a Virgin Media broadband outage affecting Greater Manchester and surrounding areas. Our team's ability to respond to messages, process reports, and carry out standard office activities will be impacted throughout today.

    Virgin Media has advised that service should be restored by 4pm, which falls outside our usual office hours. We're monitoring the situation closely and will resume normal operations as soon as connectivity is restored.
